Yes. Our system can be set to collect specific information from the callers and send the account holder an email with that data. It requires an account on Make.com and a few steps to set it up. Here is a tutorial for it.
Yes. Our system can be set to create multiple caller lists based on specific questions they ask or specific scenarios they follow. You can generate lists like: interested callers, technical support requests, address requests, callback requests, and much more.
No. A 20-second call will be counted as a 20-second call. It will NOT round it up to a minute. This means you can have 3 20-minute calls and only use 1 minute from your plan.
