Will I get a new phone number with my account?

Yes. Every paid account gets a designated phone number.

Can the AI receptionist send me an email when someone calls?

Yes. Our system can be set to collect specific information from the callers and send the account holder an email with that data. It requires an account on Make.com and a few steps to set it up. Here is a tutorial for it.

Can the AI receptionist make a list of all new customers?

Yes. Our system can be set to create multiple caller lists based on specific questions they ask or specific scenarios they follow. You can generate lists like: interested callers, technical support requests, address requests, callback requests, and much more.

Can the AI receptionist answer an incoming call when there is someone already online?

Yes. Our AI receptionists can answer as many as 20 phone calls at the same time. This way, your callers will never hear the ring for more than twice.

If a phone call lasts for 20 seconds, will it count as a 1-minute call?

No. A 20-second call will be counted as a 20-second call. It will NOT round it up to a minute. This means you can have 3 20-minute calls and only use 1 minute from your plan.
